Formerly it was operated by Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone Limited (MPSEZ) owned by Adani Group which later it was expanded into Adani Ports & SEZ Limited (APSEZ) managing several ports.

General Details



Vessel Restriction Note :


A) 25 Years age vessel can be accept subject to GMB Permission.
B) LOA-BEAM-DRAFT restriction apply as per respective berth and terminal.
C) Berthing/unberthing activity is suspended, if visibility falls below 1000 meter.
D) Crude Oil Carriers and Product Tankers above 20 years on international voyages to and from any Indian port must have at least CAP 2 rating (for hull, machinery and cargo equipment) either with a full member of International Association of Classification Society (IACS) or Indian Register of Shipping (IRS).
E) Vessel’s P&I Club should be a member of International Group of P&I or approved by DG Shipping, India.

Vessel Husbandry Services & General Information : -


1) HEALTH AND MEDICAL : Multi – Specialty Sterling Hospital with 100 beds is situated close to the Port.

2) BUNKER SUPPLY : Bunkers can be arranged/supply by Agents or supplier by Tankers and Bunker Barges.

3) FRESH WATER : Available at all berths are on prior requisition and on chargeable basis.

4) GARBAGE REMOVAL : Garbage removal facility is available on prior requisition and chargeable basis

5) SLUDGE REMOVAL : can be do through agents by registered contractors.

6) WORKSHOP : All types of repair facility provided by approved workshop.

7) SIGN ON-OFF : Permitted [except Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladeshi, China]
a) Nearest Domestic Airport (BHUJ & KANDLA) 60KM around away from port.
b) Nearest International Airport (AHMADABAD) 410KM around away from port.
c) Hotel facility available at Mundra City.

8) SPARES delivery possible on board via air cargo from Mumbai or Ahmadabad.

1) PORT DUES :
a) $ 0.065016 Per GRT of Vessel
- Minimum Charges $ 330 per vessel is applicable. (Port Dues is payable per vessel call and is valid for a maximum of 15 days)

2) PILOTAGE CHARGES :
1) $ 0.751855 per GRT, for vessels with GRT less than 10,000.
2) $ 0.887198 per GRT, for vessels with GT 10,000/- and above.

a) Minimum $ 2255 For vessel up to 3000 GT.
b) Minimum $ 7050 Vessel from 3001 - 15000 GT
c) Minimum $ 14100 Vessel from 15001 and above

Includes one Berthing and one Un-berthing.

3) BERTH HIRE CHARGES :
a) $ 0.009821 per GRT per Hour (Minimum Charges $ 690 Per day)
- First line ashore to All cast off

b) Lay-up Berth Hire: $ 0.009135 Per GRT per Hour (Minimum Charges $640 Per day)

4) ANCHORAGE CHARGES:
a) $ 0.001020 per GRT per hour.

5) MOORING CHARGES: $ 0.034720 Per GRT Per Call. ( Minimum Charges $ 200)

6) PORT ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION SAFETY CHARGES
a) $ 125 Up to 10000 GT
