Goplapur Port, the new gateway to the east coast of India is located in the mineral rich state of Odisha. It lies between Paradip Port in the north and Visakhapatnam Port in the south at almost equi distance from each. The hinterland of the port are the states of Odisha, Jharkhand & Chhattisgarh, thus providing access to mix of minerals, steel, aluminium, cement and power plants.

Vessels with a maximum Length Overall (LOA) of 240 meters, a beam of 36 meters, and a draft of 13.0 meters in SW (Inward) and 13.5 meters in DW (Outward) are permitted at Berths 1, 2, and 3.

Vessel Husbandry Services & General Information : -


1) Berthing: The port has three berths (B-1, B-2, B-3) that can accommodate vessels with a LOA of 240 meters, a beam of 36 meters, and a draft of 13.5 meters.

2) Bunkering: Bunker supply services are available at the port.

3) Ship Supplies: Ship supplies are available for vessels at the port.

4) Fresh Water Supply: Fresh water is available for vessels at the port.

5) Garbage and Sludge Removal: The port provides garbage and sludge removal facilities.

6) Repairing Workshop: Repairing workshops are available at the port.

7) Crew Sign On-Off: Sign on-off for crew is permitted at the port.

8)Ship Sanitation Certificate Renewal: Ship sanitation certificate renewal services are available at the port.

9) Medical Facility: Medical facilities for crew are available.

10) Dry Docking: Dry docking facilities are available.



Marine Tariff


1) PORT DUES :
a) foreign run :: $ 0.029544 Per GRT (Minimum Charges $ 1235 per vessel is applicable.
(Port Dues is payable per VCN and is valid for a maximum
of 15 days)

2) PILOTAGE CHARGES :
a) $ 1.351503 per GRT, for vessels GRT up to 40000,
b) $ 1.419907 per GRT, for vessels GRT of 40001 and above.

3) BERTH HIRE CHARGES :
a) $ 0.011680 per GRT per Hour (First line ashore to All cast off)

Minimum Charges $ 720 per day is applicable.

4) ANCHORAGE CHARGES :- $ 0.00125 per GRT

NOTE :- These charges are applicable per GRT per day for vessels receiving bunker or carrying out any other operation at anchorage, not being ready for cargo operations, undergoing sea trials, performance tests, waiting in want of port clearance, but not applicable for vessels waiting for berths after being ready for cargo operations in all aspect.

3) TUG CHARGES : $ 1000 per hour

NOTE:- Charges are per hour per tug or part thereof for minimum 2 hours.

4) INDIAN LIGHT HOUSE DUES : INR 7.5 per NRT

5) FENDER CHARGES : NA

6) PRIORITY : NA
